Vern McGonagle
On behalf of the Benet Academy Varsity Golf Team, thank you for continuing to host the Vern McGonagle event. Our team looks forward to it every season. The course is beautiful and a real test of our skills. Although I was unable to defend my title from last year - our team did well and it's the team that matters most. A shout out to Greg, our member guide through the course. Lunch is always a highlight. I sure needed it this year! Thank you.
Baby Shower
I wanted you to know just how happy we were yesterday with every single detail. Rachel was WONDERFUL! From the moment we came in to set up till the moment we left, she did nothing but cater to our every need, making sure ever detail was carried out to perfection. I loved the touch of music that was played during the brunch. I didn't know to even ask for it! I told Rachel that I had originally had read the Yelp reviews on NCC and that convinced me to check you out. I did write a new glowing review for NCC last night on Yelp. Thank you SO MUCH for all your hospitality !
US Amateur Qualifier
Guys, just wanted to say thanks on behalf of myself and the CDGA for the outstanding showing of our club yesterday. You all did an outstanding job from the flags at the entrance to the condition and playability of the golf course and the hospitality of everyone, it was first class. I had many compliments from players, spectators and other CDGA officials on our fine facility. I can say that I was proud to tell them it is my home club. Thanks again and job well done.
Homecoming Dinner
Thanks to you and Naperville CC for the dinner party for my grandson’s friends for the Benet Homecoming. Everything was great and he tells me they all enjoyed the dinner. They had a wonderful evening. Thanks to all the staff involved.

Kudos to you and your assistants for a terrific Invitational this weekend. It is clear in the attention to every detail you and your staff worked tirelessly to make the event a success. Hopefully you guys will get some well deserved sleep in the next few days. I always enjoy coming out to NCC and hope to be back again before winter hits. Again great job with the Invitational.
I just wanted to say thank you once again for hosting yet another outstanding Invitational. As always the staff, even Tony, outdid themselves. The food was unbelievably exceptional. (I need the gravy recipe for the short ribs). One problem I had was that the patio staff was plentiful....every time I asked for a cocktail....I got one. 😀 The caddies were all polite and personable. They did a great job in the morning directing traffic and getting golfers to their carts. A special shout out and apology to Josh our caddy who now can swear in seven different languages. He had it easy though...fore-caddying for Dr. Goodwin involved positioning himself 150 yards from the tee box. The patio chipping contest was a great idea. Next year I would make the Norm fellow hit from the valet area out front so we all have a chance! May I also recommend a helmet and chest protector for poor Brian. Although probably wrong, I spit my vodka out I laughed so hard. The guys in our flight....all great guys. We played Chris and Tony on Friday morning. I felt bad as I was watching Chris prepare to tee off. I just figured he was involved in a horrible farm implement accident on Thursday evening only to find out that that really is the way he grips the club. My bad. 😀 The course was in great shape as usual. Front entrance looks nice. Nice idea allowing carts on the ninth hole. Naturally I hit my tee shot left for once! I am already preparing for next years invitational. I have the ladder out and will be practicing my putting skills on the roof! Please share and pass on my thanks to all involved.

Wedding Wire Review
Having our reception at the Naperville Country Club was the best decision we made out of all the decisions we had to make. I can not rave about the venue, Dana and the rest of the staff enough. Through out the whole process and especially through the night Dana was one step ahead of me and thought of things that we didn't even think of. Like a wedding day survival kit that was a lifesaver for all of those a part of our special day. Can't wait to go back for our one year anniversary dinner and relive the great memories we have there.

West Suburban Dance Club
It is a pleasure doing business with you! The WSDC dinner dance last evening was very enjoyable. Please pass along kudos to Chef for a superb buffet dinner that was creative and tasty from start to finish! And thank you to your Assistant, the Bartender, Servers, and all of the Dining Room/Kitchen staff for helping to make our event so nice. We'll see you again at our next dinner dance in the Fall.

Wedding Wire Review
My daughter got married two weeks ago at Naperville Country Club and we're still talking about what a wonderful experience it was. We looked at about 10 reception venues last summer and although her first choice was another venue for sentimental reasons, she chose NCC because it was such a good value and they had the date open that she wanted. We agree now that it turned out to be the best choice; it would be hard for other venues to match NCC's professionalism, attention to detail and flexibility. Dana was always very helpful and available to answer questions and took care of so many little details that we never even expected. For example, the bride and groom and their photographer were taken by golf cart to a picturesque bridge on the property during the cocktail hour and when they returned, the staff had saved some of the hors d'oeuvres for them. My daughter was too nervous to eat much earlier in the day, so she was starving at this point and the food was much appreciated. Also, she wanted her aunt to make her wedding cake but because she is not a licensed baker, it could not be served to the guests. NCC still allowed us to have her aunt's cake for the cake cutting ceremony and then served sheet cakes that we had brought in from a bakery. The price was very reasonable and all inclusive, whereas at many other venues, there were a lot of additional costs besides the price of the meal. NCC's banquet room and the two rooms used during the cocktail hour were gorgeous. We were at the 200 maximum capacity so the area around the bar was crowded and made it difficult to navigate to the gift and guest book tables. But everything was set up beautifully and they even took the design from the table place cards and created a sign welcoming guests at the entrance. I had relatives say they have never seen a more professional, attentive staff at a wedding. They took as good care of the guests as they did of the bridal party. Thank you, Naperville Country Club!
