Guest Information

UPON ARRIVAL:

For those visiting the Clubhouse for meetings, dining, or special events, you may enter on either side of the front of the building. For those golfing, you may pull your car up to the bag drop staff in the circle; clubs are takenout of cars if necessary/clubs are ready for members and carts are ready if riding. Guests are shown to the locker area.

Valet Parking is always available at the front entrance of the Clubhouse. Should you wish to park your own car, you may do so in the main parking lot.


DRESS CODE:


GOLF
When dressing for golf, Members are encouraged to exhibit respect for tradition and modesty. Under no circumstance is denim, of any kind or color, allowed on the golf course. Proper golf attire includes:For Men: A shirt with a collar or a “mock” collar, slacks, shorts of moderate lengthFor Women: Shirts must have a collar or sleeves, skirts of moderate length, shorts of moderate length Clubhouse

CLUBHOUSE

The dress code in the clubhouse is slightly more relaxed than the golf course. Appropriate denim is allowed in the clubhouse and on the patio. Shirts should be tucked in unless they are tailored for outside wear.Hats are allowed in the: Locker Rooms, ProShop, Pump Room West, Pump Room and on the Patio prior to 5:00PM. Men are not allowed to wear hats in the: Ballroom, Grille-on-the-Green, Club 21 or Fireside. Hats are not permitted in Pump Room and Pump Room West after 5:00PM.


CELL PHONE & ELECTRONIC DEVICE POLICY:


Course: To preserve the integrity of the Club and out of respect for Members and their guests, cellular phones and other forms of electronic communication devices must be in their silent, vibrate or ringer off mode at all times while on the golf course. The use of cellular phones and other forms of electronic communication devices shall be limited to personal and medical emergencies or as required by medical professionals on an emergency basis. Clubhouse: We understand that the workplace has changed. Please limit your use of computers for email or meetings to private areas of the clubhouse. All laptops must be stored after 5:00 p.m.


GOLF ETIQUETTE:


  • All players are expected to conduct themselves appropriately on the golf course.

  • Repair their own ball mark and one other on every green.

  • See that sand bunkers are properly raked. Smooth out footprints or holes in sand bunkers with the rakes provided. Leave rakes inside bunkers.

  • Sand bunkers should be entered from the low side and exited from the same point of entry.

  • Repair and replace all divots on the tees and fairways.

  • Practice should be confined to the designated practice areas. Repetitively hitting from the same location on the course is prohibited.

  • Divots on the practice tee should be taken in a line rather that scattering divots.

  • Confine cart traffic to designated cart paths and obey all cart signs and roped areas. Avoid driving on green banks and tee banks. No carts on greens or tees.

  • Do not roll hand carts across any part of the green (including aprons), tees or sand bunkers.

  • Help keep the course clean. Use the containers provided.
